岗位职责与任职要求
Key tasks and responsibilities
•Leads day-to-day execution of client assignments and proactively informs team leads of progress and/or status updates
•Implements communication plans and contributes to their refinement
•Manages small to mid-sized projects with quality
•Analyzes complex issues and drafts summaries for clients
•Drafts media briefings/backgrounders
•Actively monitors media coverage in real time pertaining to clients, competitors, and industry
•Provides logistical planning, and/or on-site support to client events.
•Thoughtfully engages and builds relationships with key journalists and other influencers
•Demonstrates client and/or industry expertise regarding most influential media targets, trends and/or competitor developments
•Develops and executes project plans
•Directs and oversees the daily work of interns and analysts
•Conducts media outreach to drive positive, measurable results for clients
•Closely works with MD and director
Background and qualifications
•Strong work ethic, strong personal ethics, commitment to learning, and commitment to excellence
•Ability to be a builder who can actively contribute to TrailRunner’s entrepreneurial culture
•Strong writing, analytical, and research skills, and the ability to “connect the dots” and synthesize data to develop points of view on strategy
•Experience/comfort working with complex financial, legal, and corporate concepts
•Commitment to mastering the details in every situation
•Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple simultaneous projects and to play well with others -- especially when time is short and the stakes are high
•Required 3-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, journalism, the law, finance, or politics/public policy (relevant agency experience strongly preferred)
•B.S./B.A. in public relations, communications, finance, business, or other related field.

•Drafts media briefings/backgrounders with support from team leaders
•Drafts press releases and media advisories with support from team leaders
•Actively monitors media coverage in real time pertaining to clients, competitors, and industry
•Thoughtfully develops media reports and analysis in client-ready form
•Strategically builds media lists to effectively reach most impactful targets
•Manages small client projects
•Analyzes data/information to identify themes and/or trends
•Actively listens to internal calls and client calls, takes comprehensive and strategic notes, and promptly shares with team
Background and qualifications
•Strong work ethic, strong personal ethics, commitment to learning, and commitment to excellence
•Ability to be a builder who can actively contribute to TrailRunner’s entrepreneurial culture
•Strong bilingual writing, analytical, and research skills
•Experience/comfort working with complex financial, legal, and corporate concepts
•Commitment to mastering the details in every situation

•Preferred 0-3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, journalism, the law, finance, or politics/public policy (relevant agency experience strongly preferred)
